Formal Introduction, eh?

Formal Introduction, eh?

Postby Cobalt » Mon Oct 26, 2009 5:17 pm

Well, Im Brett, aka Cobalt from Albuquerque, NM
I run The Cure Gaming with Daniel "Sephi" Serna
We just finished up LANfest NM here (which a bunch of you awesome peeps went to) and ran a pretty cool little console lounge and a few XBOX360 tournaments
We are trying to build a larger community of gamers, especially competitive ones, and hold more events for PC and console.

I think I met most of you at LANfest Abq, so hello again :)

Our site is www.thecuregaming.com and our forums are kinda lonely at the moment ;) but were going to be recording podcasts weekly(ish) to promote more events.

Hope to get to know you all better!

Hey Cobalt nice to see that you made it to our site! Currently we are part of Colorado Cutthroat Connection (a branch of NVGA) and are holding a ranked console tournament on the 13 of November. Jordan (TextbookNinja) is the guy that does everything for the consoles.

We liked what y'all had going on. I do think it would be cool if we could get some networking and help each others gaming events!
You registered for QuakeCon on April 30, 2008, 6:56 pm. You were # 366 to sign up for QuakeCon!

Hello Brett, it's a pleasure. unfortunately I wasn't able to attend your lanfest due to funding problems. Non the less I am glad to have you here at our site. In return I'll keep your forums company. As stated above we would like to get together and help each other out if interested. Again welcome.
