Heroes of Neweth AKA high graphics DotA

I was lucky enough to get into the beta, and I've played a few games...it's pretty much exactly like DotA, but the gameplay is much smoother, and the graphics are all shiny. The game is pretty much the exact same but with revamped menus and such.

They're releasing beta codes somewhere, not really sure to be honest, I spotted a post on slashdot that told me to email someone with a certain subject line so I did it and was within the first 400 so I got a key...

Anyways. Anyone else heard stuff about this game? As far as I know today was the first day of the beta.

I am loving the game. I have been playing it for a good while sense I got a key. (Thanks Static!)
It's really nice looking with a lot of awesome heros.
I can't wait for it to come out. Will play on getting a HON team for competition!

Spontaneous chemical fire may be awesome, but only to those observing. I literally combust into an agonizing conflagration and scream until A) My lungs and asophagus shred apart and fail, B) I pass out from exhaustion or asphyxiation, or C) Morgan exploits the gayest character ever to end the game in under a minute and I'm free to stop playing that wretched game.

So, awesome for everyone else to watch, mind-crushingly torturous for me.

So random question: Is anyone really interested in making the in-game HoN clan...competitive? I know we have 3TP as the main DLP clan, but there's the side clan that about 1/4 people seem to be in - SMO (spawn more overlords) - and I don't know much about them.

Generally right now it's just there for gathering people together and so that we have a default clan chat thing that opens as soon as we open the game, but what if we started recruiting people? Currently the only sort-of recruited people are Germx and Demn, and they're more in there because Luke/Zephyr/I play with them...not really so much as a recruitment thing.

Thoughts? Sorry it's sort of a jumbled post.
